This website does not use cookies. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to — no cookie is written to your browser by any page here.
Most sites that show you a cookie banner are asking permission to track you for advertising or analytics. We do neither, so this page exists to say plainly what we do store, rather than to ask you to click "Accept".
Nothing is stored on your device. You can read about our programmes, campuses and results, and submit an admission enquiry, without anything being written to your browser.
Two things still reach a third party, and we would rather say so:
The administration portals store a small number of values in your browser's local storage. Local storage is not a cookie: it is never attached to requests automatically, it is not readable by other websites, and it is not used for tracking. Every one of these is strictly necessary for the portal to function.

Consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary — tracking, analytics and advertising. Everything listed above is required for the portal to work at all: without the session values you cannot stay signed in. A banner asking you to accept them would be asking a question with only one possible answer.
If we ever add analytics or anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask first, and this page will change before it happens.
Signing out clears the session values. Clearing your browser's site data for
inspirehnk.org removes all of them, and signs you out. You may also block storage for
this site in your browser settings — the public website will work normally, but the staff portals
will not be able to keep you signed in.
